  1. Quality Assurance: We guarantee that your personalized item will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  2. Personalized Items: Due to the unique nature of personalized items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the item has been correctly customized according to the information provided during the order process. Please double-check all the details, including spelling, dates, and other customizations, before placing your order.

  3. Changes and Cancellations: As personalized items are made to order, changes or cancellations to your order can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the production process begins, and modifications are not possible.

  4. Non-Personalized Items: For non-personalized items, our standard return policy applies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

  5. How to Initiate a Return: If you believe your personalized item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team at thecraftedhomestead@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To return non-personalized items, please contact customer service within 30 days.

Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
